Garlic Parmesan Chicken Pasta
Ingredients
Chicken
- 2 chicken breasts
- 1 tbsp paprika
- 1 tbsp oregano
- 1 tbsp garlic powder
- 1 tbsp olive oil
Sauce
1 lemon
1 tbsp minced garlic
Fresh parsley
20g parmesan cheese
70g cream cheese
250ml pasta water
30g butter
Half a box of noodles
Directions
- Combine raw chicken with paprika, oregano, garlic powder, and olive oil. Ensure all the chicken pieces are well coated with the spice and oil mixture.
- Air fry the chicken at 425°F for 13-15 minutes.
- Meanwhile, cook the pasta as per the instructions on the box.
- In a saucepan, add butter, juice of the lemon, parsley, and minced garlic.
- Once the butter starts to melt, whisk in the cream cheese and parmesan cheese.
- Add the pasta water as needed to get your desired consistency of the sauce.
- Finally, toss the cooked noodles in the creamy garlic parmesan sauce and serve with the succulent chicken.

- Marinating the chicken with the spices and oil not only flavors the chicken but also helps to keep it moist during air frying.
- Adding pasta water to the sauce helps it to bind with the noodles for an evenly coated pasta dish.
