Chicken Stuffed Croissants#
Ingredients#
- 1 (8 count) package Pillsbury Refrigerated Crescent Dinner Rolls
- 8 ounces cream cheese
- ¼ cup celery, chopped
- ¼ cup onion, chopped
- 1 cup cooked chicken, shredded
- ¼ cup butter, melted
- ½ cup croutons, crushed
Directions#
- Begin by combining the shredded chicken, cream cheese, celery, and onion in a bowl.
- Unroll the crescent rolls, but keep pairs of rolls together to form four squares.
- Scoop a portion of the chicken mixture onto the center of each square.
- Bring the corners of each square together and secure them at the top.
- Dip the bottom of each stuffed croissant into the melted butter.
- Sprinkle the crushed croutons over the buttered bottoms.
- Bake the croissants on a cookie sheet in a 350 degree oven for 30 minutes.
- Allow the croissants to cool for at least 5 minutes before serving.

- You can add a variety of fillings to these croissants - consider trying other types of cheese, or adding some herbs for an extra flavor kick!
